Location Nepal provided end-to-end production support for Coca-Cola’s Powerade TV commercial, filmed amidst the majestic landscapes of Nepal. From securing permits to logistics coordination, Location Nepal ensured a smooth and successful shoot, showcasing Nepal’s pristine beauty and vibrant energy.

Scenic Mustang Plateau in Winter

The filming took place on a remote plateau in the Mustang region, renowned for its rugged beauty. Despite continuous snowfall in March, our dedicated team managed the logistics for over 550 people camping onsite, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Exceptional Logistics Management

Imagine the challenge: providing warm meals—breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks—for a massive crew while battling freezing temperatures. Location Nepal’s production team kept everyone energized with a steady supply of energy bars and warm electrolyte water. Our medical team remained on standby, monitoring oxygen levels and administering care as needed, with helicopters ready for emergency evacuations.

Diverse Cast and Crew

The project brought together 54 European, African, and Nepali football players, 350 extras who trekked for days to join the shoot, and an international production crew from Europe, Nepal, and India. Location Nepal’s expertise ensured seamless collaboration across this diverse team.

Transforming the Mustang Plateau
